This page describes, in draft form, what Vendeflect collects and how it is handled. It sets the structure a reviewed policy will fill in.
What we collect
Account details you provide when you sign up, the documents you upload to answer questionnaires, and the questionnaires you import. We also collect standard operational data such as log records needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide the service: to draft answers from your own documents, to publish your Trust Center, and to support your account. Your documents are used to answer your own questionnaires and are not used to train models for other customers.
Sharing and subprocessors
We use infrastructure and model providers to operate the service. A current list of subprocessors and the data each one processes will be maintained here once finalized.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your documents and workspace. When you do, we remove the associated data within a defined window that will be stated here after review.
Your rights and contact
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. The mechanism to exercise these, and a data protection contact, will be listed here.
